Phở 14 Bảo Khánh

As a big fan of Hanoi Phở, or Phở Hanoi called by the locals, I have to say this particular one at 14 Bảo Khánh (near Hồ Gươm) is different from the other famous ones that I have tried. The broth is rich and feels something of harmony and balance. Dont know how to describe the taste. Kinda good energy.

Later I found that the owner's family has a long tradition of doing charity and social work. It reminds me of a statement: food delivers energy from the cook. Why do we often love our mom’s food? Cos she cooks with love.
I guess this Phở is cooked with a great sense of compassion and love. That’s why it brings a different taste. To me, it’s delicious!

Btw, they also have homemade tofu made by soya milk I believe you must try it!

This shop will be my regular place from now on whenever I get back to Hanoi.
